The Fabrication Process of Bamboo Bags
To make a quality bamboo woven bag and basket, our craftsmen need to undertake over 20 production processes. Each production process below requires specific skills, and most of our craftsmen have over 15-year experience.

All the procedures are carried out by our experienced craftsmen, and specially for the sorting out unqualified bamboo poles, and this process requires over 10-year experience. Desugaring process also requires lots of experience to identify whether the defibered bamboo strips are treated properly.
Our bamboo basket bags can be used as picnic bags for weekends and holidays, and they don’t need too much maintenance.
